Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern your engagement with CUBED, operated by M3G Online LLC dba CUBED (“CUBED,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a service, booking a session, or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these terms.

For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

CUBED provides marketing strategy and systems consulting to service-based businesses through three offers:

  • Growth Engine Snapshot — a paid diagnostic session and six-category scorecard
  • Growth Engine Blueprint — a 90-day strategic program
  • Growth Engine Platform — ongoing software and support

Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Where a signed agreement or proposal exists for your engagement, that document governs if it conflicts with anything here.

Payment

Fees are quoted in U.S. dollars and processed through our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Unless your written agreement says otherwise, work does not begin until payment or the agreed deposit is received.

Growth Engine Snapshot

What’s included. A 60-minute session with Megan Gregory, covering a six-category scorecard of your marketing: Google Business Profile, Website Performance, AI Search Visibility, Reputation & Listings, Tech Stack & Tools, and Business Presence. You leave with one named priority to fix first.

Payment. $500, due at booking. Your session is not reserved until payment is received.

Non-refundable. The fee is non-refundable. Audit work begins before your session, so the fee covers preparation as well as the session itself.

Credit toward the Blueprint. If you engage CUBED for a Growth Engine Blueprint within six months of your Snapshot session, the $500 credits toward that engagement. The credit is one-time, non-transferable, and has no cash value.

Rescheduling. You may reschedule once at no charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice, using the link in your confirmation email. Later reschedules and no-shows forfeit the fee.

What we need from you. Your website URL, your Google Business Profile if you have one, and a rough sense of the marketing tools you’re currently paying for. Findings depend on the accuracy of what you provide and on what is publicly visible at the time of the audit.

Your Responsibilities

To deliver our work, we rely on you to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and tools where relevant, and reasonably prompt responses to questions and approvals. Delays in these may affect timelines.

You are responsible for the content, claims, and legal compliance of your own business and its marketing.

Intellectual Property

Our frameworks, scorecards, methodologies, templates, and any materials we provide remain the property of CUBED. You receive a non-exclusive right to use deliverables within your own business.

You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or repackage our materials, or use them to deliver similar services to third parties, without our written permission.

Content you provide to us remains yours.

Confidentiality

Each of us agrees to keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Third-Party Tools

Our work often involves third-party platforms and services. Those are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, pricing changes, or data practices.

Results

We bring professional judgment and experience to every engagement, but marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control — your market, your execution, competitor activity, and changes to third-party platforms and algorithms. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity.

Ending an Engagement

Either of us may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in your agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable. Non-refundable fees, including the Snapshot fee, are not returned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.
