Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Meegan — the person behind CUBED.

I lead every engagement personally — I'm the one on your discovery call, the one running your Snapshot, the one thinking through your strategy. For the build, I partner with a trusted network of specialists and contractors I've vetted and worked with directly, so you get the capability of a full team without getting handed off to a stranger.

This is how I've built CUBED to work — you get me directly, plus a trusted network of specialists and contractors I've vetted and worked with, brought in for the build. The values below are what I hold myself to, and what I look for in everyone I bring in to help deliver for you.

No cookie-cutter tactics. Every recommendation starts with what's actually going on in your business, not a template built for someone else's.
Real Systems, Not More Noise
Strategy alone doesn't move the needle. We build the thing that actually runs it, so it keeps working after the conversation ends.
Building Wealth Should Be Accessible
I believe business ownership — and the generational wealth it can create — shouldn't feel like a closed door for women. I want to help change that, one business at a time.
Joy in the Work
A business you love and a life you love shouldn't compete — a real system lets you build both together. I believe in lifting up people of color, and women, and anyone who's been told the room isn't for them. That's why I love this work.

One person at a time

You don't have to change the world all at once.

Eleanor Roosevelt didn't start with a perfect plan. She saw a problem, put her head down, and solved it. Then the next one. Always in service of lifting women up. Sharon McMahon puts it simply: "Do for one person what you wish you could do for everyone." That's this work, for me: one business, one owner, one system at a time.

Why this matters

Hope is a choice, even when the world feels chaotic.

Understanding how the systems around us actually work changes everything — it's what turns hopelessness into action. So many people stop believing anything can change simply because they don't understand how it works. I choose hope anyway, despite everything happening in the world. Believing in your community, and in the idea that even small effort matters, is what keeps our humanity and our love for one another alive. That's the belief this business is built on.
